How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat fee of $6.95 Australia wide. Or Pick up from one of our campuses for free, however as items are shipped to the campuses from our warehouse it will take 3-5 business days for items to be ready for pick up. An email will be sent to you when items are ready for pick up at your selected Matrix campus.
How long will it take for my book to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 2 working days and delivery by Australia Post typically takes 5-7 working days.
Pick up orders will be ready within 5-7 working days from the time of purchase. An email will be sent when the order is ready for pick up.
Do you offer faster shipping rates?
We don’t offer faster shipping rates at the moment but pick up is available from one of our campuses once you’ve paid for your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can set your delivery address in the check out process. If you’d like to change your address after you’ve placed an order, email bookshop@matrix.edu.au within 2 hours of your order.
